The ImgCat Foundation ("we" or "the ICF") website uses cookies.

We try our best to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive, in all jurisdictions, which defines four categories of cookies: strictly necessary, preferences (or functionality), statistics (or performance), and marketing.

We use "strictly necessary" cookies, for logging into the site and responding to direct requests by the user. Our donation page does use third-party cookies from DonorBox, Stripe, and Recaptcha in order to securely process donations.

We do not use preference, statistics, or marketing cookies.

Furthermore, we believe marketing cookies, trackers, pixels, and other forms of cross-domain tracking, are incompatible with the ICF's Privacy Principles, and a responsible social web.
