We may disclose information to: respond to verifiable and legitimate subpoenas, court orders, legal process, law enforcement requests, legal claims, government inquiries; and to protect and defend the rights, interests, property, safety, and security of the ImgCat Foundation, users, or the public.

Children under 13

Our services are not designed for children under 13. If we discover a child is using our site, we will delete such information.

We may need to change this policy and our notices. The updates will be posted online.
